The Lakers need to play a little more consistently in the regular season then be healthy and stay healthy through the playoffs.

Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol took this summer off to rest their bodies. Devin Ebanks showed potential to be good contributor to Lakers. Vujacic and Walton are showing no progress. Theo Ratliff could improve during the season.

There are many players, who are overpaid. The Laker's bench should be better than in recent years.
